Sometimes the simplest shape is the solution to your gasketing or sealing problems. Bellofram Silicones can produce closed cell silicone sponge cord in diameters ranging from 0.062” up to 2.5”. Our in-house mixing capabilities allow us to produce materials to all five hardness ranges of ASTM D1056. For aerospace requirements, Bellofram Silicones is on the qualified products list for Boeing BMS 1-23, and all three hardnesses of BMS 1-60.
